Thank you for shopping with TRIAS. We're a small Australian brand and ship from Melbourne, Victoria. The policy below outlines how we handle the dispatch and delivery of your order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
- Standard shipping: $10 AUD — typically 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: $15 AUD — typically 1–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Remote locations may experience longer transit times.
International shipping
At this time, we ship within Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping in future collections.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly through the Australia Post website.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed (more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date), reach out to us at [your email] and we'll work with Australia Post to investigate.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
